What makes Misha & Puff products unique?
Our pieces are handcrafted in Peru by skilled artisans using premium materials like RWS-certified wool and organic pima cotton. Each garment is designed to be an heirloom, focused on quality, sustainability, and timeless design.
How should I care for my hand-knit garments?
To preserve the life of your knitwear, we recommend hand washing in cold water with a mild wool detergent. Lay flat to dry on a towel, away from direct sunlight. Never tumble dry or hang your knits, as this can cause stretching.
What is your shipping policy?
We offer worldwide shipping. Orders are typically processed within 2-4 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but domestic orders usually arrive within 5-7 business days after shipment.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We accept returns on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 14 days of delivery. Please note that certain items, such as intimate apparel or final sale products, are not eligible for return.
How do I determine the right size for my child?
Our sizing is generally true to age, but since our items are handmade, slight variations can occur. We recommend consulting the specific size chart found on each product page for detailed measurements.
Do you offer restocks on sold-out items?
Because our items are produced in small batches to ensure artisan quality, we rarely restock specific seasonal colors. However, we do occasionally bring back 'Signature' styles. We recommend signing up for our newsletter for launch updates.
